Yesterday President Bush said in Liberia:
"You know one thing I've learned, and I suspect the people of Liberia have learned, is it's easier to tear a country down than it is to rebuild a country."
Ya'll got that? Destroying = easy. Rebuilding = hard. Go write that down someplace so you don't forget it!
Now, let's just hope our next President won't require 8 years and 2 wars to learn the same lesson....
