If you've even heard about these conspiracy theories already, you're probably an irrational nutjob. (So what does that make me? No fair).
For instance, Obama's "domestic police force" you've heard so much about on ClearChannel and FOX was just an idea floated by the Rand corporation, as part of a study commissioned by ... (drum roll!)... Dubya. (I knew he was an America-hating African Muslim socialist/Marxist, I just knew it!)
But that doesn't matter, because Obama is an America-hating African Muslim socialist/Marxist bent on destroying our country. Bag on, tea lovers!
I've stopped trying to find a rational explanation for why militias and conspiracy buffs seem to multiply out of nowhere like mold during Democrat administrations. It's just the way it is. If you're one of the nuts, enjoy your insanity while it lasts. If you're one of the sane ones, just sigh and realize that all this irrational distrust of government will cease as soon as the next Republican is elected. These spores of insanity never really go away, they just lie dormant for awhile until they inexplicably pop up in your back yard.
