Is Palin still the best the GOP can come up with? I guess we can't blame Palin, like Giuliani before her, for living out the GOP ethos of making money for oneself first and foremost. She's just being a good little selfish person, which in the end benefits all of us thanks to the invisible hand, or something like that:
"Sarah Palin, the former politician turned Fox News contributor, spent $63,000 of SarahPAC's money on copies of her book, "Going Rogue," an ABC News report revealed on Monday."
"SarahPAC claimed over $2 million in donations at the end of 2009. Approximately $65,000 went to Palin-friendly candidates, while over $1 million paid for her travel and related expenses."
