Just when you thought blacks couldn't get any lazier...

... they go and get more unemployed than ever. There is clearly a problem with personal responsibility and pulling themselves up by their bootstraps in the African-American community. There can't be any other explanation...

...Unless, that is, their boots don't have any straps. If so, then go get a job and buy some bootstraps, you lazy good-for-nothings!
