Buffett is right, we must tax the top 5% more, for sure, not just to cut the budget deficit, but also to redistribute (yes, redistribute) a small portion of their wealth and somewhat balance the scales of political (yes, political) power in the U.S. Since our political system is legally bought and paid for, we can't allow the super rich to use their wealth to capture our political system for the perpetuation of their power.
